Offers and Conclusion of Contract<\/h4><p>The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.<\/p><p>By clicking the button \u201cBuy Now\u201d, \u201cPlace Order with Obligation to Pay\u201d, or a comparable button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.<\/p><p>Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted. This automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.<\/p><p>The contract is only concluded through an explicit declaration of acceptance or dispatch of the goods.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>4. Prices and Shipping Costs<\/h4><p>All prices are stated in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.<\/p><p>In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. Payment Terms<\/h4><p>Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.<\/p><p>These may include in particular:<\/p><ul><li><p>&#8203;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Kreditkarte<\/p><\/li><li><p>Google Pay<\/p><\/li><li><p>Amazon Pay<\/p><\/li><li><p>PayPal<\/p><\/li><li><p>Klarna<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Payment processing is carried out via external payment service providers.<\/p><p>The terms of use and privacy policies of the respective payment service providers shall additionally apply.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>6. Delivery and Shipping<\/h4><p>Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.<\/p><p>Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery shall take place within the indicated delivery period after conclusion of the contract.<\/p><p>If an ordered product is not available, the customer shall be informed immediately.<\/p><p>Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>7. Retention of Title<\/h4><p>The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>8. Liability<\/h4><p>The seller shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.<\/p><p>In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.<\/p><p>The limitations of liability shall not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health or under the German Product Liability Act.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>11. Storage of Contract Text<\/h4><p>The contract text shall be stored.<\/p><p>The order data and these GTC shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>12. Contract Language<\/h4><p>The contract language is German.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>13. Online Dispute Resolution<\/h4><p>The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a><\/p><p>We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>14.
