1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via the online shop of

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be accepted unless expressly agreed to in writing.

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.
By clicking the button “Buy Now”, “Place Order with Obligation to Pay”, or a comparable button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted. This automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded through an explicit declaration of acceptance or dispatch of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The respective shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
5. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
These may include in particular:

Klarna
Payment processing is carried out via external payment service providers.
The terms of use and privacy policies of the respective payment service providers shall additionally apply.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery shall take place within the indicated delivery period after conclusion of the contract.
If an ordered product is not available, the customer shall be informed immediately.
Partial deliveries are permissible insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights shall apply.
10. Liability
The seller shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
The limitations of liability shall not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health or under the German Product Liability Act.
11. Storage of Contract Text
The contract text shall be stored.
The order data and these GTC shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
12. Contract Language
The contract language is German.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
